Call Tracer is a modern 32 bit software package and a stable and efficient solution for all your call accounting.
This software keeps immediate track of all your incoming and outgoing phone calls, and it calculates your phone costs immediately.
You can report the phone cost per extension, per number called per duration of the calls or on several
other options.

For the office
You can use it to report the phone cost of each extension to your employees and you will see your phone cost reduced immediately! Report to your clients if you need to charge them the phone cost made for them, or the hours spent on the phone for them.
For the hotel industry
In your hotel Call Tracer can post the phone calls made by the guests to their room bill immediately. We can interface with any
Property Management System that can accept information form a call accounting system. This program has a capacity to process 2 phone calls per second, and if more than 2 calls per second come in it will keep them in memory to process them a few seconds later.
Phone rates and names with numbers
We adapt the long distance rates regularly but you can adjust them yourself also as necessary. You can set up a list of names connected to phone numbers and these names will then show up in all reports.
Extensions
The system can handle an unlimited number of extensions and phone calls, only limited by hard disk space.
Interface
A very nice graphical user interface will show the activity of the phone ports
constantly. The program is completely multi-user and you can connect the phone system to one terminal and view or report the activity of the phone
system (s) on another terminal. As much as
6 (six!) different phone systems can be connected, and each can be on a different terminal. All parameters for the phone system can be set by the user through simple data entry screens using drop down boxes.
System Requirements
Call Tracer needs a Windows XP, Windows 2003 or Windows Vista
operating system, and can run on any Microsoft Windows compatible network operating system. You need a PC with at least 128 MB of RAM, a Pentium-class or equivalent CPU and 140 Megabyte
of disk space and a working serial or TCP/IP port.
