ALL COUNTRIES In/Out > Export > AFAS Interface: We corrected the reversing of the SVB GL accounts and we did the Blood bank accounts only for the "X" Gl numbers. ARUBA ONLY IN/Out > Export > Marriott Aruba GL interface: We added functionality to this interface so it now will add hours records to the interface file. NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY Banks: We changed the names of the ABN/AMRO, Chase Manhattan Bank and Antilles Banking Corporation into the same name with the prefix RBTT in all the islands. The routing numbers remained the same. ALL COUNTRIES In/Out > Export > ABN/AMRO: We changed the naming of the ABN/AMRO interface into RBTT Bank Aruba (plus client company name). ALL COUNTRIES We introduced the option to have a "read only" version of the program, ask your distributor for more information. NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY As we are informed that the tax tables will use the same parameters as last year we created the tables according to the information of last year. SURINAM ONLY Utilities > Calculate Salary: On the printout the decimal place of the Tax and AOV was 2 points off: Corrected. ARUBA ONLY Reports > SVB Mutations > Report previous year: Due to new functionality the previous years could not been reported anymore. We corrected this and now you can report previous years again. ARUBA ONLY Reports > SVB Mutations: The marital state is now a part of the report and we entered the current state for all employees as the default. From now on the marital history will be saved and can be seen in this report. ALL COUNTRIES Payroll >Payroll > Calculate Payroll > General settings > Holiday hours to take: You can now enter 2 decimals in the amount of holiday hours to take. ARUBA ONLY We introduced a new item 166: "Verwervingskosten". This item is from January 2002 in the payroll of all employees (it will be added at year closing). It will be deducted from the AOV/AZV basis. See the help file for more information. The format has been changed and we are in the process of receiving the new specifications for the next version. The old diskette will not be accepted anymore.
