Version L1 brings several new
features for items such as settings of a maximum amount per year or to date
for calculated items, and AOV extra items. Several reports has been enhanced
with more information and a new SVB report has been added.
1816 ALL COUNTRIES

1917 ALL COUNTRIES
In / Out > Import > The import from the Timesaver
timeclock system only needs to take away the first
line of the file instead of the first 2 lines as
it was: Corrected.
1918 ALL COUNTRIES
In / Out > Import > The import module for the
Timesaver timeclock system no longer
needs to reset the vacation hours.
1919 ALL COUNTRIES
Reports > Payroll > Item details: The report
showed in the header a department selected also
when all departments where reported: Corrected.

In/Out > Export > Lago Trust fund reports > Yellow
slips: We remade the yellow slips as per
specifications.

At resolutions of higher than 1280x1024 the info
string horizontal lines were too long to fit on

slips: We removed the comma between firstname and
lastname.
1925 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Setup > Control settings > Precalculation modules
> Curacao Ports Services: We added the "Shift
Toeslag" and "MF toeslag".
1926 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Export > Export module to Exact: The new
version of Exact ("Globe") cannot handle the "End
of File Character" that appears at the end of the
interface file. We removed this character and the
last CR and LF characters as well.
1927 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Payroll > Print slips: We removed the Nafl. 250
bill from the currency specifications.
1930 ALL COUNTRIES
Reports > Employees > Employee lists: We added the
option to print an SVB info report. This is a
letter size, landscape report with all relevant
info on the employees with the SVB daywage. Is not
for Surinam.
1931 ALL COUNTRIES
In/out > Import > Import from Excel template: We
changed the rules somewhat in this interface. From
now on the empty fields will result in the default
hours/amounts, the fields with a zero filled in
will result in zero amounts/hours.
1933 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Reports > Employees > Lists > SVB report: After
meeting with Luis Tromp of SVB we made 2 small
changes to this report.
1934 ALL COUNTRIES
Payroll > Edit payroll > Calculated items: We
added the option to set a maximum amount year to
date or to date total for all calculated items.
1935 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Project administration > Edit
Pending Items, if the user choses One Project or
One Employee or One Item, the focus automatically
goes to Edit Pending Items.
1936 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Timesaver Timeclock > Edit Adj.
codes > Search: We changed the label on the button
to "Goto".
1937 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Project administration > Pending
Items: Only employees that are in the project
administration will appear on the list when
selecting one employee.

codes: We changed the opening setting of the
screen. Now you are in the "New" mode when opening
the screen.

Pending items: An option has been added to let the
user filter the items by item code or item
description.

Payroll > Calculate > Timeback > Payback: The
description of this item has been changed into
"Payout " + <item description>.

Payroll > Precheck : We added the Payroll Pro Code
nr to this report where applicable.
1942 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Reports > Employees lists > Wages: For the
Antilles we now print the Tax Tariff % "Biz
Tariff" on this report also.

Reports > Company reports > Company item codes:
This report has been added.
1944 ALL COUNTRIES
Payroll > Edit > Goto > item 105: This item can
now be set to have a maximum per year or total.
This way you can pay out an amount until a maximum
has been reached.

Payroll > Edit > Goto > items extra AOV: These
items can now be set to have a maximum per year.
