revived the old PC banking interface for the CMB
as of latest specifications. The routing number of
the Interbank was changed also.

Report > Payroll > SVB Verzamelloonstaat / SVB
Mutations: In both reports we added the option to
make an electronic file of the report as per
specifications of the SVB. Some functionality of
the mutations screen changed also. Now this report
will always give you the year to date posted
changes of the current payroll year.

added a option to select (and save) the version
of Exact used to take characters at the end of

situation that an employee has vacation days paid
out and they are included in the points
calculations and the item 18 hours per day setting
is NOT 8 hours per day, then a calculation error
causes the points calculations to be wrong.

Setup > Edit Company: The controls on this screen
where not properly centralized vertically:
Corrected.

1973 ALL COUNTRIES
Reports > Payroll > Reprint payslips: We added
this new report where you can now reprint payslips
from previous payrolls or previous years.

We changed the name of the Barclay's Bank into
First Caribbean International Bank (Sint Maarten,

1976 ARUBA ONLY
Taxtables and parameters for Aruba 2004 were
updated.

1977 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
IN / OUT > Import > Import calculated payroll for
PWC: We added the creation of the SVB file in this
interface.

1978 ALL COUNTRIES
In Project administration, when posting a payroll,
empty records will not get added to the history
file anymore.

1979 ALL COUNTRIES
We changed where necessary, and activated the
official documents for 2004 in all countries
("Verzamelloonstaat Inspectie", "Verzamelloonstaat
SVB", "Verzamelloonstaat Directie Arbeid",
"Loonstaten" and "Loonbelastingkaarten").

1980 ALL COUNTRIES
the new upgrade procedure for the L2 version has
been created.

1981 ALL COUNTRIES
Payroll > Year closing: The new codes for the year
closing have been created.

1982 SURINAM ONLY
Surinam > Taxtables: We updated the tax tables of
Surinam for 2004. The currency in these tables is
now SR$.

1983 SURINAM ONLY
Surinam: The currency changed in Surinam. We
adjusted the program everywhere necessary for the
new currency.

1986 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Export > CMB PC Banking: We discussed
further specifications with Edwin Tromp and
changed the interface accordingly.

1988 SURINAM ONLY
Payroll > Year closing > Close 2003: We convert
all necessary fields of all items to the new SR$
currency.

1994 ALL COUNTRIES
In/out > Project Administration: The label "Post
to payroll" displays "Reverse posting" when the
project settings have been posted already, so the
user can more easily recognize whether the posting
happened already or not.

1995 ALL COUNTRIES
In/out > Import > Project Administration > Post to
payroll: In a shared payroll environment, it is
not anymore possible to post the project settings
from another user. Only the owner can now post the
settings to the payroll.

1996 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Project administration > Setup:
It is no longer possible to change the employees
settings when the project settings have been
posted already. The posting must be reversed
before changing of the settings is possible.

1997 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Project Administration > pending
items: The UserID and datechange are stored in the
project settings for items that have been edited
by that user.

1998 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Reports > Taxtables > tax tables 2004: We created
the tax tables for 2004 for the Netherlands
Antilles.

1999 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Import > Project administration >
Reports: A new report has been added that shows
project amounts with YTD figures.
