Payroll Pro version P6 released:
This is the first
version of 2008 and has the new tax tables and updated forms for as far as
we received them. There were also enhancements to several interfaces, and
item 890 (deduction of net pay) can now be used with a balance.

Payroll > Close Year: We activated the new year closing key sequence.

(all copies of 2007 until now).

Payroll > Close year: We updated the AOV/AWW and SVB info (AOV/AWW %
changed so we needed to update the year closing procedure as well).

Setup > Control settings > Postcalc: We developed the custom post calc
for the ZOG calculation for the Government of Sint Maarten.
2398 ARUBA ONLY
In/Out > Export: For the creation of the CleOp export file the ID number
can now be entered on the interface and the account number will be taken
over from the company settings.

When previewing a report in the advanced report module, the date would
display in american format even if the european format was selected in the
control settings: corrected.
2400 ALL COUNTRIES
In/Out > Reports > Payroll > Summary report: When previewing the reporty
by GL in USD in the advanced report module, the currency indicators are
printed through the text: corrected.
2401 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Setup > Post calc: The post calculations procedures for the Bonaire
government have been changed upon specs of the client.
2402 ALL COUNTRIES
In the advanced report preview, the Email option has been changed to
work with Outlook 2007. Instead creating the report in HTML format in the
email body, a PDF attachment is created.
2403 ARUBA ONLY
In/Out > Import > Import from spreadsheets: The customized interface has
been updated to calculate the SVB amount.
2404 ALL COUNTRIES
Reports > Company reports > Banks: when viewing this report in the
advanced report preview, bank number was too close to the bank name:
corrected.
2405 ARUBA ONLY
In/Out > Groote Beer Import: In the customized interface a new item 700
has been added with the description "Sickness 100%".
2406 ARUBA ONLY
In / Out > Export > BDC interface: A new option has been added to select
all banks or one bank, and several changes have been made in the interface
file.
2407 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Report > Tax tables: We entered the new maximum per week or day wages
for the SVB (In seems that it is now no longer coupled to the AOV maximum
but we have no confirmation of that).
2408 ARUBA ONLY
Reports > Payroll > "Verzamelloonstaat Inspectie Belastingen": This file
has been changed that we no longer mention the maximum amount for the
savingsfunds so it can be used for the past years and 2008 also.

Reports > Employees > "Loonopgaaf": We do not mention the maximum amount
of the SF/VF on the "loonopgaaf" anymore so it will work for all recent
years.

Reports > Taxes > Article 9: The new tax table is a totally different
approach from previous years: Changed.
2411 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Reports > Taxe tables: We entered the new AOV/AWW and family insurance
and SVB info into the tax tables of 2008 for all islands. See also item
2407.
2412 ARUBA ONLY
Reports > Employees > Loonstaat: The savings fund column can now have an
amount over one thousand florins: Adjusted.
2413 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Reports > Taxe tables > 2008: We received some more information on the
tax tables for 2008. Still missing is the table for Biz. beloningen and the
AVBZ ceiling.
