We added an extra warning in the help file that it
is not a good idea to run a special payroll AFTER
the last normal payroll.

SXM: A new official report has been added for Sint
Maarten. Also a new data entry screen for
information on employees specific for Sint Maarten
has been created in the Employees screen under the
Extra > Various buttons.

special rate: We changed the number of decimals

arbeid, Aruba: increased the "Nationality" and the
"Birthplace" printing area.

diskette: A warning will be displayed when the
companie's trade name or persoons nummer has not
been filled in.

Report > Payroll > Verzamelloonstaat: Inspectie on
diskette: A warning will be displayed when the
period end date of the employee does not
correspond with the taxyear of the
verzamelloonstaat.

2460 ARUBA ONLY

name and function of the contact person has not
been filled in.

the XML file did not have the correct structure:

Reports > Payroll > Verzamelloonstaat Inspectie
belasting > Startdate: Some companies start their
first payroll as soon as Decmber 20 of the
previous year. This causes problems for the Tax
department on the verzamelloonstaat: Corrected to
use the first of January for these payrolls and we
also corrected in the same way the case that the
last payroll of the year runs into January of the
next year.
