option to preview this report on screen also if
you select to preview all employees. You can only
save this report to a PDF file if the number of
employees is not too large.

There is a bank in the Bonaire bank list "MCB
BONAIRE" that has a incorrect routing number:
Removed because the MCB Bonaire is already

phone number to the report.

Payroll Code 900 only (Net pay): The selection did
not allow to print a regular report for item 900,

info. Now you can also print the regular report
for item 900 with all layout and grouping options.

Edit > Employees > Delete: When deleting an
employee sometimes the history files where not
checked for presence of the employee: Corrected.

Edit > Employees > Children > New: The setting for
child deduction had no default after "New" was
selected: Corrected.

Payroll > Payslips > Send payslips by Email: The
sending of payslips by email has been completely
rewritten. The new application can take many
different situations into account. It is now also
possible to send payslips to anonymous (hotmail,
gmail) accounts. For the smtp settings to work the
user will need to specify a valid smtp account.
This module no longer comes with the installation
of Payroll Pro but is a separate setup that will
be provided on a CD. The licensing procedure will
remain the same.

2552 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
Payroll > Pay with transfer > use Giro Curacao >
Select bank: the routing number for the Orco Bank
in the interface via the Giro Curacao Bank was
missing: Corrected.

In/Out > Export > Print batches of Loonopgaven:
New module for client created.

Payroll > Print Slips: It happens that employees
have no currency field value. This gave an error
at printing of the pay slips: the program now
checks on this when calculating the payroll and
correct it also.

Payroll > Edit items > 335: This item can now also
be included in the bank transfer.

Reports > Employees > Loonstaat & LB Kaart
(Loonopgaaf): After selecting a previous report
year, and using the advanced report module, an
error would occur 'Variable mMemYr does not
exist': corrected.

data entry sheet does not produce a page break on
department: corrected.

Setup > Control Settings > Payslip: We created a
new payslip for Cas Boneriana.

2559 NETHERLANDS ANTILLES ONLY
reports > Payroll > Arbeidszorg Sint Maarten: The
additional income amount has been changed from the
per payroll amount to the cumulative per year
amount and we added item 135 in the calculation
(now it is 103, 105, 135).

2560 ARUBA ONLY
In/Out > Export > Export to BDC > Print Info: We
added the names of the recipients to this report.
